I’ve been a happy Vue customer for a while and used to enjoy watching live tv on my phone using this app.Now for some reason,I can’t even open the app without it saying I’ve been away from my home area for blah blah blah and an error message.I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled,gone into my Vue account and verified my home location and nothing has worked.Have no idea what changed and I’ve never taken my Roku device outside of my home to use (plus have no issues watching tv using Vue) so it is without a doubt this app.

Says we are stuck on : You are streaming from two TV connected devices in different locations please sign out of PlayStation view and one device and try again in two minutes. What difference does it make as to what location were in? need help it won’t work.

Latest version 4.14.0 repeatedly crashes whenever I try to play a favorited program that’s on my “dvr,” whether I’m on my home WiFi or using cellular data. HBO programs seem to be the most susceptible, whether choosing HBO East or West, it tries, evidenced by the PlayStation spinning shapes...then back to my phone home screen. Boom. Closed. Start over. Same results. Can’t play programs from the “dvr,” it just crashes. Every. Time.

Claims I “do not have a subscription on this PSN ID”. I have never managed to get this terrible app to work.

Authentication Error

This sorry excuse for an app crashes while trying to start with an “PlayStation Vue cannot connect to authentication server” error message. Has never worked on any of our old iPad, our Air 2, and three iPhone 6s’s. Have tried periodically for months - delete the app, reload to get latest version, run, crash. Always current with latest releases of the operating systems. Strangely, the app works as one would expect from my son’s Air 1 which is on a back release of IOS (he refuses to update; smart boy). Sony needs to fire the current staff and hire some competent technicians and managers. PlayStation Vue is a great product. We enjoy using it through our Rokus and our Windows systems, but this app for Apple is pure junk.

Used to work just fine. Now when I try to watch something, it tells me they are experiencing issues. This has been going on for 2 months or so. Makes me want to change to YouTube TV.

Service has become poor at best

I am paying way too much money for this service seeing as it will crash and tell me to select a new program after me just signing into/selecting a show to watch. Seeing as PS Vue has been raising prices ill be switching to a new server after my subscription with them is over next month. Any suggestions?

App can't connect to PlayStation Network

The app is awful. I haven't been able to connect to the PlayStation Network. It gives me an error message then it crashes.

You can no longer watch in small window on your ipad while multitasking. Buffering remains a problem despite robust internet speeds. And they keep taking away content (e.g.live abc) but keep raising prices! Lets either improve offering and raise prices or vice versa...

App won’t update! Can’t watch shows

Upon opening the app, it asks that I update. After selecting “Update All” for my apps on my iPad and visually confirming the PS Vue app has been updated, I open the app again and it still shows me the update message. What the?! It’s worked for me before, I don’t understand what I have to do. The app is basically useless to me, I can’t use it.
