Continually gives 5003 error stating I’m outside home viewing area while I’m sitting in my house. Support said they could not fix it. Terrible app.

I have been a customer for 3+ years. There are many issues with this service that includes a horrible password process, excessive authentication process, high monthly cost for what you get, poor experience on IPhone, invisible and non responsive support. There are many more issues. Fix above and cut your prices to 19.95 per month and consumers may let you live. Steve

Good movies/shows to watch, however poor screen play due to the fact that either the sound from the movie continues playing and the video doesn’t and/or the other fact that it completely forces you to skip scenes and ends the movie on you so you can’t go back to where you were unless you watch it over again. Completely infuriating ??

Pretty good cable alternative

We've had a great experience with Playstation Vue as an alternative to our former Frontier FiOS cable. We have been able to save $60 per month without missing any channels that we regularly watched - including local network stations, national sports like the ESPN family and FS1, and regional sports like Fox Sports Southwest and Big Ten Network. (Your mileage may vary, though, depending on which channels you need) The channel interface isn't bad on either the iPad or AppleTV, although I wish it was more customizable. For example, "Favorite" channels are ordered alphabetically on the iPad, and in reverse chronological order of when they were added to the favorites list in the AppleTV. Even worse on the AppleTV, if you have more than 7 favorite channels, they won't all appear in the main Favorites icon list, and you will be forced to go up to the Guide menu at the top of the screen.

.Signed up for 1week free trial and credit card was billed immediately .While using Firestick, Fire TV, or PS4 you can never just sit down and watch television without it freezing, crashing, starting over from the beginning, hitting pause lasts 10 seconds and then goes right on playing (while you are in the kitchen/bathroom) and you realize you are going to have to watch the whole show to get back to where you paused .Fast forward/rewind doesn’t work on streaming or My DVR (sometimes will if you use the mic on the remote but the buttons don’t work .I am too new to judge past performance against now, but this is easily one of the worst apps I have ever used .We haven’t disconnected from Comcast yet and if we don’t want to screw around 1/2 the night trying to get through a couple of 1 hour programs we just switch to the hdmi port for the cable .I don’t mind having to fight the program all evening, but my wife will never allow me to disconnect the cable while this app is virtually unusable . You can keep my monthly charge that you screwed me out of if you need the money THAT BADLY, but I am severely disappointed (as I love my PS4 for gaming) and I had really hoped this would have worked .I am cancelling my subscription to PS Vue and will continue my search for a streaming service that JUST WORKS! PS: I have(based on my testing) approx 90 Mbps download speed, I have downloaded the most recent update of your app and my router is less than 4 feet from my setup with nothing between them

App no longer works after July 9, 2018 update. Wlll be cancelling my subscription. This is the response I got from PlayStation Vue “developer response”: "Thank you for reporting this issue. Please manually update to version 4.10.1 from the App Store App by tapping on the Updates tab, and swiping down to refresh your list of available updates. We appreciate your feedback. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue." It is not possible to “tap on the Updates tab, and swipe down to refresh your list of available updates”... there is no “ updates tab”....I have updated to the latest version 4.12.0...you can ONLY download the most current version...there is no way to manually download a different version...if this is the “developer” response... this explains a lot... obviously PlayStation Vue doesn’t understand their own app or the way the App Store works...
