Constantly Freezes and Skips

I love the service PlayStation Vue provides, but on this app it is garbage. I cannot watch for more than 2 minutes without the app freezing or skipping. I don’t have this issue when watching PS Vue on a computer or Amazon Fire TV, but on an iPad or iPhone it is a huge issue. This isn’t a device issue as I can stream just fine using other apps such as Netflix or ESPN. Please fix this as I love the service, but watch mostly on an iPad. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll have to switch to YouTube TV.
Great product; App needs improvement

The overall product (PS Vue as a service) is tremendous. It is an excellent alternative to cable that I would recommend. However, the App is absolutely atrocious. Constant crashing, glitchy, essentially an unusable application. I would recommend this App gets improved before people start to search for other cable-cutting alternatives — something my household is already considering.
Really glitchy app

Whether I’m connected to WiFi or just using cellular data, I can’t get things to stream smoothly. It seems like every 5 minutes, it’s re-loading, crashing, or kicking me out of my show. Really frustrating to have happen while you’re watching something live. Lots of potential, but still some bugs to work out. I also wish I could watch on my Apple TV...I can’t even mirror my computer to the TV because PS Vue has blocked that capability.

No 24hr customer support. The chat is non existent too. I tried to click on the chat to talk with someone but it only open a picture of the playstation logo with no access to the chatroom at all.
Connectivity Issues

Good choice of tv channels, price reasonable and picture excellent. Last three months service daily interrupted few times with messages that you need to turn off one of the units "because they are in different locations ", even if they are on the same account,only because you move your unit to different place. Solution is quite complicated. Please fix issue and Vue will be the best again.
It’s going downhill

I’ve had PSVue for more than two years, and my local NBC station has NEVER been available in my area. The latest rate hike was to add CuriosityStream, beIN Sports, and the BabyFirst network, three channels I’ve never heard, and won’t be watching. I left the cable companies because of overpriced plans bloated with unwanted channels. I will probably dump PSVue for the same reasons.
Don’t ever think about buying this

Horrible app, crashes every time i use it, lags and messes up my shows.

The DVR controls are poor. Difficulty reversing and FF. No reaction when I tap on the screen screen, then 5 minutes later, it remembers and changes the channel... then changes it back! Not yet ready for prime time

VUE was a 5 star program until PlayStation got greedy and started 86’ing channels that were once part of the lineup most upsetting was NESN which was a shady situation if you read about it NESN offered them a extension to continue talks and VUE chose to just drop the channel mid playoffs for Bruins and mid season for the RedSox and playoff time for Celtics pretty $hi++y move in my opinion.
