Love the service, phone app doesn't work

Since the last update, the app doesn't work at all, giving an error that it can't authenticate to the server and force quits. Even removing the app and reinstalling didn't fix this. Customers who rely on their phones only to access the service currently cannot.
App User interfaces and app controls are irritating.

I was impressed by FireTv versions of PsVue at my friend's home.I thought to use trial version of PsVue too because of NBA finals. Using it on mobile app is very irritating i tried using it in my Laptop still same very bad interface and bad controls on screen. In my phone i am not able to see any of below and plus everytime i see Network error whole exploring contents of current program or live show 1) After adding channels as favorite can't see any channels in favorite section 2) Added lot of stuff in My DVR checking back my DVR section nothing there 3) Recently watched program also i don't see anything after watching so many channels

I like the app but I can’t watch Dragon Ball Super I don’t know if it stop coming on or if it stop recording.
Dvr ruins sports

Like sports? If you watch a game that runs over the time event was supposed to end the dvr will suddenly jump to the live broadcast ruining watching the game for you. It has ruined multiple games and tonight it ruined the NBA Finals last game. This was the last straw. I am leaving this terrible excuse for a television service. There are a LOT of problems with Vue but the worst is the DVR’ s inability to let you watch anything that runs over it’s time slot. But as if that’s not enough the streams suffer buffering and low quality when every other streaming service works fine. The problem is on Vue’s side. Search the internet for all kinds of reports of streaming issues from other customers. Essentially this is a very poor service. The concept it great, but Sony simply cannot make the execution work. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find another service that works and has real customer service.
don’t use if you enjoy live sports.

routinely fails to dvr whole sporting events. also “phantom forwards” through chunks of live programming; i was behind 10 mins for the nba finals, then suddenly flashed forward to the trophy presentation. a joke of a product that has real potential.

Stop Shutting Off Due To Inactivity. Why Can’t I Listen To A Show While I am in another room?????? Duh Sound and show are 90 Percent off. App is horrible. Please take the time check out and use your own product! I will finish this month. Then you are history!

I long time used YouTube TV and thought about to switch to PS Vue because YouTube tv app isn’t supported Fite tv . But I don’t like it cuz I live in LA but it’s showing NY area channels but local channels i’m not abel to watch . Hope someday it will fixed

This is the first review I write for an app and that should tell you how terrible it is. This app struggles with very basic things. Lock your screen and it completely loses your spot, skip feature during commercials never works correctly, audio and video playback do random things, fast forwards randomly, and many more. This app needs work. Has potential but definitely needs work.

I got sick and tired of the way Dish, Direct, and Cox all say one price then you end up with fees for the use of the set top box and other things. So reluctantly I gave Vue a chance only for a free trail and I immediately fell in love with it! As crazy as this will sound and you all can try it for yourself to see it’s true. If you download the apps like Cartoon Network, TNN, TBS on your Xbox one or amazon fire tv stick you can use the Sony vue account to grant access on those devices! If you don’t believe me Download the FXX app on Xbox one and Input Sony PlayStation Vue as your provider and it unlocks the app for full use!
