The ear piece itself is awesomeness. Just had to buy my second one. My other one walked off. But the app finding it, I wish was better. If my ear piece is off or battery has run down; it’s no help at all.
Not connecting

The app doesn’t show the headset as being connected, even though iOS does. Closing the app and cycling Bluetooth didn’t help. And there appears to be no support for the app, the link in the App Store sends you to the Plantronics site, which sends you back to a App Store when you select app from the device you need help with.

I just updated my Settings and is so cool I can now find my headset with the app
Terrible App Performance

Voyager 5200 is paired to phone, but headset refuses to communicate with the PLT app. Constantly get “Not Connected” message in the app, so I can’t update any settings.
A must have

I can’t tell how many times this app has saved me time and frustration. It’s a must have.

So far I would have had to buy 3 new headsets, but with the find my headset button in the app I always find it! Thanks a million!!
