After recent update, Voyager 5200 sais “Not Connected” even though it IS connected to my phone.

After owning a dozen or more Bluetooth earpieces for iPhone over many years, I discovered the Voyager 5200 and it is clearly the best. Very comfortable despite size, can’t even tell it’s on my ear even with glasses. Sound is perfect. Durable, easy to use. The app always works, including finding the misplaced Voyager if necessary. Works on windy days well. Does not drop connection. Charges fast. I can use it with Dragon. Price is reasonable. I have worn out the replaceable ear cushion after 2 years, but I am hard on the unit as I take it off when with people. Would love to have a small holder for it. Very reliable, first class device!

I really like this Bluetooth and the app. I like the feature “find my headset” and have used many times. I do wish the sound was louder when using this feature.

The unit works great, but the find your earpiece barely make an audible sound ( unless your wearing it

This app is a real money saver. My headsets are masters of hide and seek. Without this app I’d never find them (or at least not until I bought a new one). Thank you for an app that makes my life easier.

I would ask you..... Why no arabic language in all your products specially more users need arabic in your product. Thanks in advance.
