Undeniably a very good gadget and serves my purpose. My only complaints are 1. Battery life is only seven hours any possibility of updates/ upgrade? 2.Not compatible with Androids. 3. Intermittent breaks in signal. Why? Wish I could give you 5+.
It’s not just the best headset I’ve ever owned

Not only is it it comfortable and sounds great but it even pairs with two devices at once and seamlessly switches between them. I loved my Plantronic headphones so much, I bought a second pair.

This is the worse product I have ever owned does not work well with iPhones After getting replaced once clients complain They can’t hear the whole conversation Owned less then 60 days Best Buy is 30 days for replacement and then it falls on plantronics. Customer service is the worse as well Will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY

The headset is fine, but this app is useless. I wanted to reset all connections and online said to use this app. So I installed it only to find it doesn’t actually do anything.
PLT app doesn’t keep up with iOS...

I have stopped using my Plantronics headset. Since the last few updates and the last upgrade for my headset, cannot use the headset any more. It goes dead after a few minutes and silently disconnects. Have to turn it off and back on again to only use it for a few more minutes. It worked fine before the update to this app and then the update to the headset. My NC-25 headphones work all day with no disconnects and the stereo audio is better. But the PLT 5200 is not usable any more. I like it better for traveling. If it would work.

The app looks like it was built for iOS 9 and never got updated. There’s also no valuable features I can find in the app besides potentially being able to track down a lost headset which isn’t an issue for me.
