I spent $450 on my new headset and I can’t even access the settings or update through my phone. Please add the Savi 8220 on the mobile hub so that I can update my firmware and change my settings. Thank you!

I just want to say that they have really great customer service. I had trouble pairing my device on a new phone and called the 800 number, had no wait time, and the agent helped me in less than 5 minutes.

Plantronics need to make the tone louder! I am older and do not hear well! This needs to be more loud as I don’t hear tone as it is being played at this time in point! Thanks.

Great sound great battery clear voice but app and find my head set not so good find headset sure have had an external speaker on it to hear the headset when lost better and for the app there’s not to much on there to do its seems like they just made an app to say they have an app for it
