This app allows us to receive fast efficient answers to our appointment requests and test results. Easy to use and we use it quite often.
Quirky when working

Have been using this app for about a year. This is the only app I have to constantly update information because it keeps sending messages my auto order payment is not updated. Huh? I order prescriptions MONTHLY and it seems every other month there is a glitch. It will not work with my phone either. In a nutshell? App is crap

He is the best!!! He really cares about the animals brought in. I have brought many feral cats in and he gives the same kind treatment as my house cats. His wife Tanya and daughter, Courtney are precious and they take the time to get you seen timely and they all know you and your pets by name. I would not want anybody else taking care of my pets!
Can't set yearly vaccinations reminders

I like the ability to add a to do or reminders for their vaccinations unfortunately I can't set the year in the app and it only lets me set a reminder within the current year. Also the frequency is only for 99 days.

It is so nice to have this ap. We have a new puppy and it’s so helpful to have direct access to our Vets office.

I tried MULTIPLE times to enter my pet’s grooming every 8 weeks. Every time it won't accept 8 weeks! It changes it to 5 or 6 weeks.
