Waste of time
in need if a good book
Spent so much time setting up this profile for me to log In Today and to have my pet no longer listed.
Seriously. It’s 2022 for crying out loud. And yet…

You would think that in 2022 that people would be able to create an app that would except alternate characters besides just letters, because not everybody only has just letters in their name. If we’re supposed to be an all inclusive global society, why can’t people write apps that will accept an apostrophe? And that’s not just it. There are a multitude of languages that use characters that are not just letters. Even languages in the United States that are not just letters. It’s infuriating that at this point in time everybody is still forced to conform to basic English instead of being able to spell their name their proper, legal way.

My dog took to the Vet and the Tech right away..I could tell she was calm throughout the whole exam.. everything fully explained to me. I really like and recommend this practice.
Appointments are not sorted!!!

The developer refuses to sort the pet’s upcoming appointments. My do is in physical therapy and is scheduled for up to 24 appointments at once. The appointments list in the app is next to worthless because they appear in random order. I can’t easily find when the next appointment is. I have brought this to their attention multiple times over the past six months. This new release claims “improvements to the appointments screen”, but there is NO improvement. I’m about to just delete the whole app. :-(

Couldn’t think of a nicer, caring place to care for my puppies. The staff and Doctors are second to none. Been going there for 16 years!!!
