Useless app

Used this app to book an appointment. Each time I picked a day and time, they sent me an email saying pick another. That happened every day for 4 days. I finally called the vets office and got an appointment.

Great until 2022. Sign in seems to want to reestablish pet but then there she is. Sent appt request for grooming all thru 2021 with no problem, confirmed by provider and appeared on Appointments in app no problems. 2022 same process but won’t display on appointments. Disconnect between provider confirming and app. Can’t cancel or change without calling provider.
No way to share lab results

It’s great that we can see lab results, but if we want to share them, we have to take many screenshots. Many of the results don’t fit in one screenshot so you have to take multiple partial screenshots to share one result.

This app is very conveniently. I don’t really write reviews but I recommend this app but ask your veterinarian if they use this app.

This veterinary office has fantastic doctors. Very clean. During the Covid they come pick up your baby from the car & return them. You can come in (I wear a mask out of courtesy) for the exam or they can bring the meds or food out to you. They are very contentious and care about your pet just about as much as you do. The techs are great and knowledgeable. I’ve been with them for almost 20 years and would NEVER go anywhere else.
