Design Flaw? Developers not responding.

I use a password manager and my passwords can be pretty long. It requires a copy/paste function for the password input box, since the passwords are just too long to type in. This app does not let me paste a password in the input screen. I’ve never run into any other app that has apparently disabled the paste function to input a password. Perhaps it would work on a desktop, but not on my iOS devices. Don’t know if this is by design or accident. Without being able to log in, the app is pretty useless for me. Update. Still no changes and no reply. I don’t understand the purpose behind any app that doesn’t allow a password manager to input login credentials. It’s almost as if they are encouraging weak passwords. Still won’t use that kind of app.

There are so many practical things about this application. One of the suggestions I would have is to create a place where vital documents and records could be stored on this app. Also a place to update photos. We’ve loved the ability to make appointments and easily contact our vet.

My Elly was frantically scratching and miserable all night one night and we got no sleep. I called to get an appointment and they worked her in to an already full schedule! They were so very kind and understanding and found two issues to treat and she is sooooo much better now! They are so very caring and even called me the next day to see if she was feeling better. I am grateful! They are definitely my veterinarian of choice!

I have now sent in two appointment requests through the app and have received zero responses and the requests won’t even show, so I have no idea what’s happening. Also, my phone’s lock screen told me I got a new message, but when I unlocked my phone to read it, it vanished.

Nala is doing very well. Very doped up the first day. Surgery is done nice and neat. Sweetwater vet. Is a very very friendly place. Haven’t been inside due to the pandemic but looks nice from outside.
