I’ve never had an app like this for doctors appointments and it is a life changer! I like being able to request appointments without calling but also having their phone number one click away!

Ever since the last update I cannot access the app at all. It crashes every single time. Basically worthless at this point.

Medical records for Hunny did not update accordingly. And so, with my renewal wellness plan for 2022. Also, I’ve requested a copy of records everytime for my file, but it delayed for some reasons. Thank you.

We’re fairly new to Paws of Pleasanton and what a wonderful facility! We were in need of pet care due to our old vet facility closing & Paws of Pleasanton was extremely friendly and eager to assist us. Beautiful office, great location and staff and receptionists all very welcoming & friendly. Our lab loves the staff.

After IOS update the app quit syncing with my calendar and not getting notifications, so meds are being missed! Please update!

Love this app so far but there is definitely room for improvement: - Ability to upload records and docs - Reminders are glitching and not updating the chosen frequency - Ability to monitor random symptoms - Possibly a gps tracker * Another good feature would be information for pet cremation services. We recently lost one of our babies and it was very difficult. I’m sure there are others who would appreciate info and references when going through something as sad as losing a furry loved one. Still a good app, just would like to see more features and fixes.

I think this is a great start for an app! I love the way they link my vet clinics, health conditions, prescriptions and appointments. However, I’d like to see more options. A place to diary about our pets (health conditions, food, etc.), add pictures to the diary. Would be nice to be able to share pets with other household adults that manage their care as well. I had another pet app years ago that had the journaling with pictures - it was very handy!

It was updated in December and now nothing works! You can’t make an appointment on the app it takes you to a web page and doesn’t allow you to log in! It used to be so easy! They fixed it until they broke it! Don’t bother!! It’s easier to call the vet and google what you need! Deleting right now!!!!!!
