Yesterday I took my geriatric cat in to meet the physician and staff. We are snowbirds and spend our time 75% in Tennessee and the rest in Florida. I was given a tour of the boarding facility and treated very well. Everything was clean and orderly.

every time fro vaccinations to seizures being attended to and resolved. Without fail, I never walk away not knowing what I am expected to do for his care. He has a trained staff that work well together and very considerate. I recommend this office to anyone that wants their pets to be treated like family

I’ve been trying by to get on this app for a couple of days and every time I click on it it shuts down immediately. Is there a new update coming to fix the old update?

Notifications faulty / Customer support abysmal

It’s been months now since I’ve reached out to support and was promised resolution. The notifications are hours off. They simply don’t work with multiple different reminders set for pet medications. I’ve had an email thread for 4 months now that has been unanswered by the devs. This app simply is broken for me with no resolution being given at all. It’s now forcing me to look elsewhere to help organize and keep track of my pet’s lifesaving medication schedule.
