Lousy, NOT user friendly

Kazim Raza

It pages you even when you are not on call. Not smart enough to figure out who is on call. Get pages at 3 am for FYI kind of messages. Not customizable !!

Unable to change activation volume

KLC-RN

Unable to decrease alert/ activation volume with volume button on side of phone during pages. Also Need more long version of the alerts sounds like with Alarm/ Beeps/ pager beeps.

Bad

mdinill

I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years, it remains an undependable, buggy app with a lousy interface and non existent customer service. The interface is 90% blank screen, no log of calls once deleted, no notes/scratchpad, very poor phone dialer and unbelievably no live customer support so pray you don’t have problems off hours. The only reason we use it is that the hospital provides it free, at that price it’s still not worth it.

Volume control problems

duckiekim

There are serious volume control problems with this app. If I’m on the phone and receive a message on PerfectServe, the sound is so loud, I go deaf in my right ear for a while and still have sound sensitivity hours later. I’m worried I’m getting real hearing damage because of it. There’s no way to adjust the volume on the app. Please fix this.

Volume is too loud

AliCzak

Please fix the volume settings!! Right now users do not have the ability to control the volume on alerts received. I have to use the app to wake up at night to pages (and therefore use one of the long alarms). The noise this app makes scares me right out sleep and then I can’t fall back to sleep for hours because I was so startled. Issue would be solved if we were allowed to control volume settings based off our individual needs. This can also be disruptive to patient care throughout the day.

Apple Watch App is terrible

manish632

It just doesn’t work. When you open the app on the Apple Watch, it asks you re - log in on the phone. Once you do that, all you see are the 3 blinking dots of PerfectServe logo. You cannot use /reply on the app to send you the pages.

Fix alert notifications

OQ231

Alert notifications constantly interrupt phone calls and can’t be adjusted volume wise either.

Terrible application, poor customer support

Srgaleks

Avoid this app. Message sending button greys out and unable to send messages. The only solution is to delete and reinstall the app. The problem recurring. Online chat bot useless. Called customer support and after 10 min of waiting they just hang up

Phone calls are the worst.

vjb52

From delayed messages to warbling tired hold music to having contacts' voices fade or screech or cut out, I thought this app was the worst. Then, last night, I got a call from the emergency department. I touched the # to return the call; I have been told I MUST use the app, not bypass it by dialing the ED back line. "For my safety." I began my walk across the hospital, horrible warbling hold music playing. I walked into the ED and up to the unattended main desk. As I waited for the clerk to return, the hold music was interrupted by the app's announcement that my call had been completed. "Disconnecting" it said. So yes, it CAN get worse.

Notification broken

Ai1etm

Current version 7/31, has a major problem with notifications. Badges with 1-3 messages when there is no new message. No audio warning for new messages. Reinstalled the app, restarted the phone. All other notifications work fine.
