I cannot make a payment through the app. I cannot login with Face ID. I’m required my credentials every time I attempt to login again. Processed a payment from the website and it does not show up anywhere on the PennyMac app as pending. PLEASE roll back the previous version or fix these major issues.

This is the worst online app I have ever attempted to use. It does not earn even one star! I’m not going to bother noting the details. Previous raters have done a good job pointing out the problems with this app. One would think a company the size of PennyMac would invest enough in this app to make it useful beyond a balance inquiry. This app does not instill any confidence in PennyMac at all. The marketing PennyMac is doing in the app for additional products or services is destroyed.

The latest “update” is really much more of a downgrade. No longer supports Face ID and it lost my account information for payments so I can’t even make a payment on the app. Are there cool new features? Well I have no idea, because by the time I finally got signed in, I couldn’t make my payment through the app & said “screw it.” That’s all I used the app for anyway. 0/5 stars if it were an option.

There’s almost no point in having an app. Just opens a browser window to make a payment or view pending payments, the two things that everyone needs to do on the app

Your latest rollout is terrible. You had a wonderful app before but your update broke all the useful features.

With this new update it won’t let me log in at all! And that’s how I used to pay my mortgage now I have to do so many more steps just to pay it. Wish they would fix the log in problems.

What kind of nonsense have you guys done with the new app update and the ability to make payments through the app?! On top of the app leading me to a webpage that then encounters an error when trying to navigate there’s no longer an option to pay through the app unless there “a payment due”. My monthly payment is due in a week; are you telling me now I can’t make a payment through the app until I’m in the month the actual payment is due? i.e. I have to wait until Feb 1st to make my February payment on the app??? This is ridiculous! On top of this there are multiple errors when the app would redirect me to a webpage. You guys had a well working app up until this “update” from two weeks ago. Fix this app, there’s a reason you guys have a one star rating. I guess you hire your IT department from Wish.com because whoever thought this was an ok version to roll out is an absolute clown. Fire them and roll back the app.

This new version of the app will take you to the web to view your information. I tried to make my payment online today and it’s nowhere to be found although the money is pending to be taken out of my bank account! What is the purpose of having the app if it takes you to the chrome website?
