What happened ?

What happened to Face ID ? Now have to be directed to the broken website to make my mortgage payment which now have to find a computer because the website is broken for mobile … this is like a downgrade back to 2012

One of the last updates makes it hard to sign in. Used to be able to use Face ID and sign in no problem
Worst update to an app I’ve ever see

Whatever PENNYMAC did to their app they need to undo. Nothing works. Login doesn’t remember you or allow for biometrics. You can’t make a payment through the app anymore. Everything gets redirected to online which is an even worse user experience. I’ve never seen so many problems trying to pay someone money than I’ve seen with their app/website.

The new update is terrible. It won’t even save my username and password from my device. Atleast allow facial recognition for log in like every other single other app.

How does an “update” make it worse? Awful experience now. No Face ID and re-direct to web browser for payment makes no sense. How many verification number emails do I need a day to try and do anything on the app?

Took away FaceID CANT make payments in the app anymore Can’t see history Very unhappy and not user friendly. This app is trash and inconvenient.

Why is the website not compatible with edge??? Customer service is horrible! Have to waste so much time to finally talk with a person. And the app is no better

This update is a downgrade from the previous version. Using face is to login was great.
