Update is supposed to make things better This one did not. Now you have to go through the web browser to make a payment instead of doing it right on the app (like it used to be) Hope this fix that ASAP

This app is horrible. I used apps before to pay my mortgage and it was a smooth transition. This app doesn’t allow me to make additional payments, I have to go online to make changes to my payment. Come on guys, invest a little bit of money and provide a better service. Ppl like me wants to make payment from our phones, make it easy for us to have this feature work properly and for you to get your money on time. You get multiple bad reviews and you don’t fix the issue? The CEO and leadership should get a huge cut out of their bonus to be invest on fixing this application.

I’m surprised Apple let this update out to be used. FaceID/biometrics don’t work. App is slow and I feel like I’m running a website inside of an App shell. That doesn’t give me much confidence as far as security and not being hacked from within the app while it’s running.


Biometric login doesn’t work

Since the last update biometric login is not working and loan activity option was moved out of the app, it is now redirected to a browser, instead of having it in the app like before.


Worthless App Update

It is impossible to manage payment on the app. Constantly being rerouted to the website which does not work after login. Says I am not set up for paperless but I am. Two separate days I have spent trying to make a payment and both have failed. This is ridiculous and I am strongly considering refinancing with another mortgage company if the app is not fixed.


Garbage update

This update is pure garbage, I can’t get in to pay my mortgage now. Prior to the update, it was smooth operation.
