New update needs an update

It won’t keep you signed in and it won’t let you make a payment on the app. Pushed make a payment and it sends me to an online payment on my phone. Thanks for reading and hopefully fixing.

App doesn’t work

App worked way better than it did before this update. The app is trash now. I get redirected every button I press, it doesn’t recognize biometric login, doesn’t show my pending payments,I have to have a verification email sent every time I want to use the app, says I’m not paperless when I am, and the website is 10 times slower than making my payment on the app. Revert back to the old app or fix this one. Should be ashamed with all the 1 star reviews you have and still haven’t fixed this problem.

Why would you take away the ability to make a payment inside of the app again and redirect me to a web browser to make a payment. Use to make all payments through the app. Awful customer experience. Gives me a reason to refinance elsewhere.

Doesn’t send sms code verification during sign in and doesn’t provide facial recognition or finger even though I opted in for it.

New update is trash.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes and decided to hang up after reading these reviews. This app use to be convenient but now i can’t even make my monthly payment on it. Face ID doesn’t work. May as well delete it at this point but I’ll be hoping they get it fixed and put it back to its original format. Disappointing.

App always worked before. Now, I can’t log on. It won’t take my password and when I try to request forgotten password, the “I’m not a robot” doesn’t work. Terrible app! Please stop fixing it!

Hey dummies, the app doesn’t remember your username and password / Face ID. Now I have to put my username and password each time. Why did I trust your update? Pull it together, how developers keep their jobs when mistakes like this are made is unbelievable.
