Impossible to login. Can’t use. I’ve had this for years with no issues. Why the problems now?

The more I read the reviews, the more I think this is app is somewhat of a scam. Of course it is a great concept, and I do love when it works on my building’s washing machine... However, I have been inconvenienced on more than one occasion by the app charging me for the dryer, but not actually working. I am stuck with wet clothes, and no way to dry them (late at night with no easy access to quarters to finish my laundry). The first time this happened, I called to report the issue, and the girl I spoke to on the phone was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care. She said they would send someone to fix it the next day and refund my money, via a check in the mail (which honestly seems like an archaic way to handle this situation, especially from a business that is attempting to be innovative and “convenient”). Well it has been over two weeks now, I haven’t gotten anything in the mail, and the now reoccurring problem was obviously not properly addressed by the company. Nevertheless, I hope this is an issue the developers are actively trying to fix, as I would really like to use and enjoy this app.

This has to be one of the most unreliable apps I’ve ever used. Nearly every time I use it, it gives me some sort of error message. Edit: I see they’ve responded noting I can contact support. Yes. I can. However, if I have to contact support EVERY TIME I use the app, then it’s quite worthless. Meanwhile, users have to transfer their money to the app in batches ($10, $25, etc). Super happy I did so and now can’t access that money.

Finally! I no longer need to make sure I get enough change from the bank to go to the laundromat. This app is awesome. It works quickly and accurately with no problems at all. Now I go to the laundromat and I’m not dropping $20 in quarters from the change machine onto the floor. This app makes having to go to the laundromat a whole lot easier. Just use your smart phone ?. I ?. Many thanks to the geniuses who created this app.
