I.T takes me longer to pay for laundry services than to actually do laundry using the app. I don’t understand why that’s the case. I am embracing the app but the app not at me. Alvi

I love this app. I save all around. When you use a debit or credit card you pay more money. With the app it's the same as cash and all the bonus cash!!! You guys rock. Plus if there's a mis-vend you guys are quick with the credit and I don't even have to ask.

Very user friendly, and easy to navigate through phone app. Always a great back up when you don’t have change on you. But it’s hard to find locations that accept it.

The UI is not the best. I have no way of taking back an order that was redundant and it charged me for both. The swipe up needs confirmation if there is already a cycle that was put in place
They take your money and no refund!!!

As soon as you download the app, make sure you check your transactions. Lot of time you will find the transactions you never used but still got charged. Basically they steal your money like that. Customer service will ignore you 2 out of 3 emails. Go back to coins!!

Just requested more money from me. I honestly feel Like crying I don't make a lot of money so I don't appreciate being ripped off for no reason. I guess I should stick to quarters!
