Bluetooth range on Machines need to Expand!

The app is so convenient and way more economical. I have really old machines in my apartment complex so this could definitely be a factor but I wish the Bluetooth was more expansive. I live on the second floor and I’ve tried it on the first floor hallway. You have to be in the room for the app to work which is a bummer for the qualifying features I.e checking availability and the timing of your loads. But except for the minor issues has been a great aid in the community laundry world.

It’s so frustrating app, why I’ve to sing in many times with phone number and it’s never ever done. Also the free offer, it doesn’t work either. Your offer asking for sign up/in and never passed.
Out of order machines/ tech malfunction

Machine took 4 of my dollars and did not work, I emailed customer service for a refund and never received a reply.

I’ve been using this app successfully for a while. When I finally had a problem, they literally responded to my email and gave me a refund within a minute. Wow.
No so Convenient.

Or dryer keeps on charging us $1.50 and then asking us for another $.50 no response from customer service as of this review

I like the idea but I didn’t use two washer and you charge my card. Work on ur Bluetooth or app

Glitchy and risky - you can easily be double-charged. You have to either calculate your washes perfectly or expect to lose out on money if you move to a place that doesn't have this system.
