Irritating minimum

App forces you to add $5 minimum which is super annoying if you just want to do one load or just dry something.
Refunds don’t work

This is amazing! I no longer need quarters or a card to use my washer or dryer! I was so sick of going to get rolls and rolls of quarters. Plus, it’s linked to ApplePay so I don’t even need to enter my debit card information. I think we’ve finally transcended the plastic age and this application has led the way. I look forward to more experiences like this in the future as more and more companies choose to skip the card and go straight to electronic payments.

Pay range is pretty cool and easy to use so far. As long as you have Bluetooth, it’s all pretty quick to get connected to. So much nicer than having to worry about quarters all the time. The one downside, is that it’s not always accurate about which machines to use. For instance today, all of the machines were available but half of them showed on pay range as being used. I tried refreshing the app and opening the machine doors, and it didn’t work. Luckily, I did have some quarters still.
