Sometimes works sometimes steals money

Sometimes this app glitches out and says washer number 13 where there is no washer number 13 and I typed in the code take my money I swipe up and in the machine doesn't do anything

Been locked out of my email twice! Different emails, says theres no account associated with the email after i add $5-10 into it. 3rd time i signed in with my facebook app and i added $5 , had $3.75 left and after not using it for 2 weeks i logged in and there was $.00 .. this app is bullsht

When I was overcharged washing a few times, I was unable to contact them through the app and otherwise.

I was trying to swipe to the side but swiped up and used all my credit in the app and I didnt receive the promotion they offer when you sign up.
First time use credit doesn’t seem to work

The credit that is meant to be offered didn’t work. Email customer support and they re-added it. Still didn’t work. Otherwise a convenient option.
