U pay on the app to park...Get a parking ticket for not having a receipt in the window...and they dont help u because they claim they have nothing to do with parking regulations...which is awesome

It’s was a horrible experience to download this app. It’s the only way to pay a parking in the streets of south beach Florida... our friends were waiting for us by the restaurant but, the app didn’t let me pay the park until set up first a customer profile. Nothing works; every time I tried a password to log in, the app says is wrong. I changed several times, nothing works. Frustrated, very hot outside, we finally moved the car away to a Bilding parking garage. Thanks God we know the area. Horrible app... I’m deleting it right now.

The choices oferred were only by half hour. c so i had to pay $1.10 for a 5 minute stop. Should have been .25

This app could be really simple: type zone/spot number and pay with Apple Pay. Bam, done. But no, you have to create an account. It never remembers your login info. Then you have to enter vehicle info. That’s saved to the account it logs you out of. Then you have to put in a card number. Apple Pay is disabled. A 30 second task becomes 3-4 minutes
Can’t easily extend, only double pay

It would be nice if you could just extend the time vs starting over from scratch with a new reservation, like you can do at the pay kiosk in the garage

Had to exit the app to find the hourly cost for my parking space. The app said parking was OK for up to 8 hours in the space, but not what the hourly fee was - could have been $0.10/hour or $100.00/hour, but the app didn’t help.
