Good app but difficult setup and poor customer support – Parental Control App - OurPact Review

Had difficulty setting this up because my daughters apps kept getting rearranged. Finally figured out I had to install another app. My daughter ended up deleting the app so I had to reinstall everything but it wouldn't work. I called customer support and they sent me an email saying they would get back to me but they never did. Still waiting.
