Very Poor App (AppleTV app)

Does not accurately remember which episodes you have watched. Does not remember where you paused an episode so you can resume at the same place at a later date. No way to turn off Autoplay. When you have watched the last episode on a series, autoplay switches to a different series that you never wanted to watch, plays it and forever asks you to continue watching it. Watch Later is useless because it is full of episodes you never watched. Content is great. User interface is abusive.

I wish there was mechanism to submit a complaint to Apple. This app is garbage on AppleTV. If you’re watching an episode of any show and decide to change to another, or pick up on where you left off, you need to completely restart the application. Apple needs to enforce better quality control on their product that costs 3x that of their competitors.

I’m usually not one to complain about things. But this app is completely useless. I have tried multiple times with multiple different devices to get my content that I want to watch that I paid for to work and none of the work except for my Apple TV. I can’t even take them on the go. I can’t do anything with them. I’ve talk to support they don’t understand why I can’t watch my shows on my other devices it’s poorly made and never should be subscribe to. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some money don’t get this app!

I’m already paying my cable company a fortune for the privilege of receiving tv content. Why would you charge me and why would I pay CBS for the tv shows that I already paid to see? Cable subscribers should have this included in their subscription price.

Terrible app! I paid 9.99 for the no commercial plan and as I watch it, it buffers and starts again the 30 seconds later it does it again. No it’s not my internet, I have the fastest internet and pay a pretty penny for it too. Netflix and other companies do not buffer on me. I just canceled my subscription. Oh and I emailed them and they never responded to me.

The app I am paying for doesn't work on my iPad and iPhone. It wouldn't start at all. Even though I constantly update both app and system. I contacted app support multiple times with no response.
