It won’t stop saying fatal error I don’t know how I can fix it? I know it is not the internet because I can send texts just fine. Please help I am on an iPhone.

This app is constantly crashing. When you close it, you have to watch commercials over and over again. Sometimes I have to close the app down 5 times just for it to work again. Fix it!
Good shows; can be frustrating

Really enjoy Blue Bloods, all NCIS, and the NFL action. Occasionally frustrated by the “Fatal Error” message that comes up.

I keep getting a “fatal error” message every time I go to play something that tells me the video can’t play and I need to restart my router. I’ve done this and nothing works still.
Paramount plus for Star Trek

I don’t mind paying $4.99 a month to be able to watch all my Star Trek and other shows. Compared to Netflix and Amazon And this is a reasonable price. we all stream on our devices and TVs and then we had the cable companies just gouging us. Well folks I recommend this app. Check it out I promise you you will like it. I think it how much money you’re going to say by not paying for cable. Sincerely Johnny
Great app but…

This is a great app but I would change one thing. I would make it easier for people to remove watched content. Once the episode is y watched it should be removed from the “watched area”. Some shows do that and some don’t. I’d also make a way for people to remove partially watched shows. I have to go in and fast forward all the way through to get them to remove. I should be able to just use a function on my remote or in app to get them out.
Doesn’t work

So the app was working flawlessly, then all of a sudden nothing will load, no videos can be played. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve restarted my phone. (I know it isn’t my phone cause it’s new) and even tried to stream it to my tv and still nothing. Why am I paying for a service that isn’t usable, and hasn’t been for days for me? Very upsetting and I hope y’all can figure it out before you charge me for something that isn’t even USEABLE

Best selection of shells but the ads are annoying on premium

This is by far the best selection out of any of the streaming services but it’s irritating when you have to watch ads occasionally while paying for premium service that you can’t fast forward past will get five stars once ads are optional especially when you’re buying the premium service that’s not right I don’t care what other shows are on I wanna watch the shows I’m interested in
Not a good streaming experience

I’ve made a review on this before but it seems to have been deleted. I rated it higher before because it would actually stream 3 out of 4 times. However, recently the stream just does not work on my tv or iPad. “Error. Something went wrong! Please try again later. Error code -“ is all I get to stream. And yes, that it not a mistake, it literally says error code and has no code after the hyphen. Great content with garbage streaming experience doesn’t fly. I’m glad T-Mobile paid for this year trial for me. I will not be spending my money on this service.
