So I’m paying for a cable subscription through Verizon and I used to be able to stream Late Night With Colbert through this app and now I have the wonderful options of either paying $5.99 with commercials or $9.99 without. What am I paying this extra fee for? The convenience of using your buggy app instead of through my TV FOR FREE? By the way all of your competitors have better shows with no pay wall cause they realize we are already paying for their service by having cable.

This ap is so awful. It crashes AT LEAST once in every single episode, then restarts the ep from the beginning. Usually twice or more. It never keeps your place in any season. Why do I have to memorize the title of EVERY SINGLE episode to know which show to watch? Ridiculous! The ap may be free but why do I continue to pay hard-earned $ for all access which is barely accessible?? Disappointing!

I downloaded the app solely to watch college basketball and college football, however I live outside of the US and therefore get none of the live sporting events. When I requested a refund I was told so sorry can’t do that. I also have a Comcast account within the US and am not able to stream CBS through there hence making this terrible purchase.

Misleading free trial period - not free!

CBS offered a free month long trial period. I cancelled after about two weeks and they charged me $5.99 anyway. Not really free I guess...

Has issues with keeping your place. No mechanism to go back a few seconds. Manually adjusting your place doesn’t always work. Issues keeping track of what content has been watched across platforms.
