How does one cancel this automatic renewal? There’s no place on the website or anywhere to cancel!

I have an I phone 6s and an AppleTV. There are lots of shows I love on CBS but this app is crap so I cancelled my trial membership. Free or membership, it crashes every 5-10 minutes and I end up missing half of my shows or fighting with my phone just to view them. It really just left me in a foul mood. I’ll find it ways to watch my shows. This app isn’t worth the monthly cost.

We had this app for a month on our TV thru a link from starting the app on Facebook. It worked fine till we had a power outage then we couldn’t sign back in. I contacted CBS who sent me a new link which led nowhere. I tried several times and each time it was dead. I tried to contact CBS again and no answer to my emails so we stopped payment through the App Store. We never could find a link to stop our subscription so we ended up closing our bank account. After 4 months a link to cancel magically appears so I did. We got billed on our new bank account later for earlier unpaid app use which I wrote to CBS about. All I can say is make sure you can cancel before you start.

Way too many crashes and glitches. I’m forced to watch the same commercials 3 times because my app will freeze and then restart from the beginning. You can’t fast forward to the where it booted you out without watching all the commercials again. Waste to time!

The commercials are exponentially louder than the shows so it’s a constant volume adjustment. Also if you lose your place and have to go back to the spot you left off at you are faced with 12 minutes of commercials. Over all just a terrible app

The worst tv app I've ever used. The interface is incredibly glitchy. Rewind/fast forwarding is so unpredictable that I just can't use it. And why is it paid?!? The limited commercial version actually has more commercials than watching on live tv! Proof is that a 1 hour program (that is actually about 44 minutes of programming) takes approximately 63 minutes to watch on the app! Over an hour. I say again, awful! The same commercials at an increased volume over, and over. Why are people buying into this ridiculousness?

I just remember I used to be able to watch unlimited episodes of whatever I wanted to watch, I wish it was still like that, but I still give it a 5
Besides Star Trek nothing to watch. The app works great tho
Way too many Commercials
The app works great but there are only like 2 shows I would watch. Definitely not worth paying for.
