Phone app subtitles are great. Subtitles on the Xbox app are crap. Black text with no background is not working.
Technically issues, no customer service

No streaming. Multiple error messages. Paying for a service that I am unable to use. Don’t bother emailing customer service - you’ll get an automated reply that they aren’t emailing back due to high volume of emails.

Has really good selection of shows and movies but never works always is loading and glitching if they would fix that would be a great app

Using the app on firestick this app consistently closes it self out WHILE WATCHING. You have to go on the app at least 10 minutes before a live show because it takes that long to load. Worst of all was the app literally reinstalling itself while watching Big Brother. A lot needs to be done to fix this app please!

I had this app when it was CBS All Access but it was more like No Access. Wasn’t going to get the app ever again but this time it is free for a year through my internet provider. It works great at home over internet but just like before if I use my phone to hotspot it to my tv or use the app on my phone or tablet it buffers constantly every few seconds. No matter if I force stop, clear cache or uninstall and reinstall the app like customer support tells me to do it never fixes the buffering. I know it’s not my devices or hotspot not causing it to work because every other single app I use works perfectly! I don’t understand why CBS is and has always had a bad app.. You would think a business that big would have it together better than these other little apps like what’s the deal? I’m so beyond frustrated that I am no longer interested I’m just DONE!!!

This app has so many issues. Unless you like the idea of losing customers I suggest fixing your app.
Glitchy, horrible and impossible to use

I’ve never used a streaming app that made me walk away from watching so many TV shows and movies. No matter what platform for Xbox, smart tv, or app this service has so many issues when you pick a show to watch. It either loads and loads and loads but never plays or it just doesn’t do anything. Ruined so many movie nights from pure agitation. Would not recommend wasting time trying to make this work.
