Doesn’t work

The only CBS show I watch at the moment is Seal Team. However, after trying dozens of times, it won’t play. I never get an error. I have no idea what to do about it, it just doesn’t play. I guess I’ll just drop it.

Frenzied is fun right
When you pay for an app you would think CNS would cut the advertising. It is extremely annoying to have up to five 90 second advertisements in a 42 minute show.
Doesn’t work with iPhone X or 4K tv!!

Big disappointment! Doesn’t work with my new Samson 4K tv, and now that I got the new iPhone X, it doesn’t work with it either!!!
Keeps crashing

Keeps crashing, even after updating. After the latest updates, it doesn't show what you've previously watched anymore. It would be nice if there was an option to "favorite" your shows, so you don't have to keep going back to the main menu and scrolling through the whole list of shows. There are also too many glitches. You should check out the other networks' apps... They are soooo much better!! (iPad 2)

I guess I just don’t understand why I have to pay to watch episodes that are on the cable service that I already pay for. A lot of other channels apps let you watch for free so I don’t know why I have to pay now

Are you kidding me????? I cannot not access my cbs “mobile” app unless I’m on the device that i signed up on??? What is the use have having a mobile app unless you can sign into it with any device??? How mobile is that??? I will be cancelling my subscription immediately. Buyer beware. You will not be allowed to use your subscription unless you use it on the device that you originally signed up on. So for example if you sign up on it on your apple tv at home, you can forget accessing any content on this app if you happen to be on vacation and try using it with another device.
Can no longer watch things I’ve already watched

Consistently terrible quality control. The newest update doesn’t let me watch episodes I’ve already watched. I tap Watch, it appears to load, and then quits and goes back to the app screen.

DO NOT GET THIS APP! They won’t let you cancel and they will keep charging you. I cancelled two months ago and have the confirmation I cancelled, but they claim I didn’t cancel correctly and kept charging me. I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with them and hope it is cancelled now. You can check out but you can never leave....
No Live TV

Simply put, live TV does not work consistently in this app. We bought it primarily to have TV at our second home so we would not need a cable package. Live TV works fine at our primary home and on the iPad at the lake, but will not work via AppleTV at the lake. After 6 months (SIX MONTHS) of back and forth with tech support, there is no resolution and we are STILL not able to view live TV on a screen larger than an iPad. Pathetic and infuriating.

I am already paying for CBS thru AT&T. The CBS All Access is a rip off that I will never pay for.
