Keeps asking me to update

I’ve updated and even restarted my phone, but still won’t let me play this game. I can’t collect any treasure chests or trade without it saying not available unless you’ve updated the game, which I have!!!!

Your latest version of the game leaves so much to be desired. It caused more problems than it fixed. Items unavailable, please update. Update to collect. Um, there’s no update to download. You have a lot of very unhappy trademasters at this point.

I would say that this is one of my fav games ever because Thers a lot of things to do. But I would like to fix the chunkyness in the game. DO IT FOR US!!!

The new update won’t let me do any trade posts without telling me to update my game my App Store don’t have any updates it’s all current I deleted the game several times and redownloaded it and it still isn’t working please fix this was my favorite game but don’t like this happening because I can’t complete challenges or anything from tradepost without it telling me my game isn’t current download current game

Can't play after 3.4.1 update

I can't complete trades or click on wildlife. Says I need to update to the newest version. I updated to 3.4.1 on 5/14/18. Update: I tried to submit a ticket through the game's website twice. It just says there is an error. It doesn't go through. Don't download this game unless you want to be frustrated. Update 2: I received an email this morning saying they had fixed the problem. They didn't. I still can't play and get the same message about updating. I tried to submit a ticket through the game app this time and got an error message. Just like the website. Update 3: had to delete all the trades. Works now.

I'm currently unable to play because the tokens in the trade posts requests are unavailable. It says that I need to update and I already have the latest update that is available. Until this is fixed I'm dead in the water which is a shame cause I love this game!

My phone keeps telling me to update the latest version (while I am in the game playing). I go to complete some trade post orders and it tells me that it isn’t available in my current game and to update......but there is no update available yet! It’s been like that for 2 days. How am I supposed to play correctly when I am supposed to update but there is no update?! Very frustrating.
