It took like two hours to load then it was ok it took a HORRIBLY long time to load

Love this game but I’m running out of room! You keep adding animals and things which is awesome but I like my island to look good not junky. Hope you will be able to expand the island so we all can keep building.
Developers don’t care about viability of game.

This was a fun game when I started, but once you reach the higher levels there is nothing left to do. Unfortunately the developers show no interest in monitoring the game and fixing things that impact gameplay. For example, when I try to use the market to find something I need, 10 out of 12 shops will ONLY have gunpowder for sale. That is because there is an absolute glut of gunpowder in the game. There is only one thing in the game that uses gunpowder, and even that item can’t be used more often than every 2 or 3 days. Yet gunpowder is flooded into the game through 3 or 4 different sources at a faster rate than any single person can use it. Meanwhile, I need over 1000 stickers if I want to max level my pets and those are hard to obtain (sorry, I can’t afford the hundreds of dollars it would cost to buy the stickers). I have repeatedly asked the developers to please look at game data and fix these issues that affect gameplay, but they are obviously more interested in setting up a game where people will need to spend money to obtain their goals. The customer service is terrible and the system in place is set up to help them avoid actually addressing complaints. If you send in a ticket, you receive an email acknowledging your complaint that also requests more information about the problem, even though the entire problem was fully described in the initial complaint. However, the fine print in these emails basically says that if you don’t reply to the emails, they will close the tickets. So the impression that I get is that they really only read a complaint or report of a problem if you follow through and answer the automatically generated email. My recommendation is don’t bother.

It’s unlike that game on this program called Roblox Life in Paradise but... it’s so pretty and tropical in that game.My mom used to have it on her phone but... she took it off. I really want my mom to put it on her phone.
Too many dead trees

I play this game entirely too much. However there is never enough room with all these dead trees & plants. I give up! And the beehive challenge! You can’t gift others but every 2 days if at all? Takes hours to make the flower arrangements! & still i can’t gift another player. Due to I’ve only received about 3 of the stars since day 1. I quit!

It started out good, but has gone down hill rapidly never responding to emails. I sent 2, same issue, no response. If you play this game, be ready to pay, pay, and pay. Try hard at their tradefests 7-10 days only to lose and find your time is wasted. Poor game, even tradefest is becoming very boring. Some items take 12 hours or more to make while we wait, pay or lose.

This was a good game, though slow to load, but the focus has moved to the accumulation of endless pets and decorations so your pretty little island disappears under a mountain of demanding junk. Still, I stuck with it but now you can't shut the sound effects off, so I can't listen to music or a podcast while playing. Customer support won't help unless I ask folks in the forums if they have the same problem but I can't get in. Apparently I forgot my password but my requests for a replacement have yet to be answered.
