Used to love this game but...

I used to absolutely love this game, very fun and interactive, but a few months ago they changed a major feature in the game, the method for planting crops from using available inventory to coins-based and I HATE it. Tradefest tasks take twice as long (harvest 12 used to mean I only had to harvest 6 plots, now I have to harvest 12 individual plots) and coins are difficult enough to stockpile as it is without now needing coins to purchase crops. I actually stopped playing for about 4-5 months. I logged back in recently hoping that they changed it back based on all the negative feedback on the forum, and I still have the pay for crop function. Until crops go back to the way they were, I won’t be playing anymore. I refuse to use my actual money on a mobile game, and this feels like a shameless push to get players to pay for in-game coins.

This is one of my favorite games!! The graphics are stunning, the characters are sweet, the pets are adorable and the Tradefests, seal dives and islands spice up the game. However, there are a few problems though. I don’t enjoy having to pay for crops. It uses up the money I would otherwise use for clearing land and buying mills. I would appreciate if you took it off. Also, recently the FAQs have not been loading for me. This is disappointing as when I have questions, I used to get the answers from FAQ and now I cannot do that anymore. It would be a great help if you fixed that. Thank you for a wonderful game!! An update: about a week ago, I wrote the above review...and today, the FAQs started loading! Unbelievable!! I have honestly never seen such wonderful customer service! Thank you developers!!
Full of glitches, game closes suddenly.

Don't bother downloading. Used to be a great game but it's full of glitches and the game closes suddenly so don't waste your time you'll wind up frustrated like the rest of us.

I’ve played this for over a year— and it about my favorite. It’s weird, though. They don’t fix obvious problems. Land has always filled up with dead trees because they don’t provide enough axes to clear them. Also, I’ve never seen a game take SO long to load every time you go to it or if you move to other locations in the game. These are big, glaring problems that have always been mentioned in reviews but they never bothered to fix. You might try it, but it’s so-so now.

The game has been fun up until recently as changes are being made that are not communicated at all. It‘s a guessing game as to what is new and how it works. Submitted a ticket for an issue and was told it was resolved. It wasn‘t. Received a crappy reward and there was no adjustment to my account. Very disappointed.

I love this game I would play it 24 7 if I could.I have had no problems with the game and have been playing it on two different devices for almost two years???l love all the updates and challenges please don’t stop making them.My only request is to make things like bracelets take less time and mills cost less, for example who has sixty thousand gold coins sitting around to buy a mill that you need. Thank you for making the absolute best game ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps I have had no bugs or crashes unlike all of my other games which I love❤️❤️ With thanks Adie PPs THERE ARE NO ADS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WACH THEM FOR A GIFT ITS THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD!!!!!

Very fun game, but I started as a guest and can’t switch over to FB account not without losing all my progress. Will continue to play as a guest and when the game crashes or my tablet quits working and then I guess I’m done.
