Need fixing!!!

It keeps on shutting down after i load the game... can’t enjoy playing it!!!

Graphics are TOP OF THE LINE! BUT....

I’ve been playing since it first came out. Over two years now! I’ve spent hundreds of real money!!!! Granted I have a fabulous island! I LOVE all the animals. BUT I recently spent $4.99 for gems and I got nothing in return! The game CRASHED right after I was approved! And when I returned the gems had NOT been added! I submitted a complaint and have heard nothing in return! I have tons of fencing, gates, paths, trees, bushes, water facets etc in storage! NO MORE ROOM! I want all of the new animals BUT I HAVE NO FREAKIN’ ROOM to put them! Where do you people expect us dedicated players to put our products and new animals? I used to be addicted! But why bother anymore you take our gold coins from us to plant our own fields!!!! (What’s up with that crap?) And like many other dedicated players have said, “You’ve become VERY GREEDY!” Don’t get me wrong...I love a challenge! But don’t take advantage of US! It’s wrong! How do you all sleep at night knowing how many BAD reviews you’re getting? And doing nothing to change it? ??

I used to love this game because it was fun and the time waiting for things to be produced wasn’t too long. Well they decided to update it and made the time ridiculously long! Guess I’m not playing this game anymore.

Since I upgraded my game everything takes longer to produce!! How do I fix this????

They Have Ruined Game

With the latest version, they have ruined the game. Something that used to take 10 minutes to do now takes 9 hours! Very difficult to make any progress now because to fill the orders takes hours and hours to grow or mine the good needed. What used to be a great game that I would have rated between 4 and 5 has now become a game that I will likely stop playing and I now give it a rating of 1. Very disappointing.

I’m extremely upset ? lost 400 gems to purchase balloons sundries. No box or my gems returned !! Also no matter what I do I can’t login to the forums site. Will not accept my username or password. I’m a regular player like EVERYDAY. Someone please advise what’s these issues & HELP

You need to fix the seal dive-I keep ending up with EMPTY treasure chest that I have paid coins to dive! ??‍♀️??‍♀️
