I’m at the top level, have invested lots of time and money, and always enjoyed it until now. I have two serious issues — one of which is that i CAN’T turn off the music and sounds. What??? I’ve contacted support and they’ve sent back chirpy notes telling me the bugs are fixed. But they are not. Second complaints are just ignored. Don’t start. It’s very compulsive. You’ll end up like me, having invested heavily in time and money and now having a duff app that functions very poorly.

I’ve played his game for years with no issues. All of a sudden the past few days it’s telling me I need to update to the newest version to be able to make trade post, open chests, etc. my App Store has been refreshed many times. There is no update available. I’m not understanding. It’s very frustrating. Support has given me no help.

I loved this game on my tablet and used to in my phone I deleted the game because I did not like it...... but I downloaded it again because I really did like so I downloaded it on my phone and I could not do anything the only thing I could do is touch the water and nothing else. The reason I give a 4 is I have on my tablet and LOVE It.

I used to really enjoy this game but they have made it excessively hectic and demanding. They seem to think players have nothing else to do but sit and play their special events nonstop. The stars are for how attractive the game is. Recommend players use the (free) forum as an information resource for playing tips.

Seriously? You continue to ignore my ticket... customer service is really really bad.Been playing for years and had my share of glitches but now it says payment method declined no matter what I use. I’m close to removing this game all together but it has my money... ??? I want my money back..
