Can't play after 3.4.1 update – Paradise Bay Review

I can't complete trades or click on wildlife. Says I need to update to the newest version. I updated to 3.4.1 on 5/14/18. Update: I tried to submit a ticket through the game's website twice. It just says there is an error. It doesn't go through. Don't download this game unless you want to be frustrated. Update 2: I received an email this morning saying they had fixed the problem. They didn't. I still can't play and get the same message about updating. I tried to submit a ticket through the game app this time and got an error message. Just like the website. Update 3: had to delete all the trades. Works now.
