Every time I get notice this app has an update, it doesn’t say anything about fixing glitches or optimizing it to work better… it’s literally just an add for some new food item. Are you actually enhancing/smoothing out the app? Or just using this for advertisement?

Unstoppable spam emails! Do not sign up for this app. Links to unsubscribe features in emails do not work. There is no unsubscribe feature or opt out feature in mobile app or on website. Mobile app, nor website have contact information to reach Panera bread to resolve problems. You will be flooded with notifications and spam emails like you have never been before. The unsubscribe link in their emails takes you to a page where you must toggle a switch to unsubscribe. The toggle does not work, hence you are unable to save your opt out choice. Very dishonest and sneaky.

These days you can’t be too careful and why do you have to have my location if I’m driving towards an area and I want to pick up when I get there you don’t need my location. It should be optional.

Ordering on the app is fine, but when it drops your credentials and makes you reset your password, it becomes an exercise of frustration, taking you in a circular path back to the sign on screen. Takes less time to wait in the long line.

The soup option on the “you pick 2” now only offers “cup size” option. The “bowl” of soup is no longer available. This is still offered in the store. Is this a bug? Can you fix this?! Panera and mobile app users are losing out. HELP!!!!!!! Thanks.

Login never works for me. It will either say it can’t log me in or I need to reset my password but the link never works. This happens all the time not just once.

Unable to look at a past orders to obtain a usable receipt. Receipt is emailed separately, but a single order for 6 muffins becomes a 5 page printout. Also, when selecting a reward, my store ignores it, and there’s no one to help.

They charge for delivery on the app but they don’t support delivery. There is no number, other than the store number, to call if your order doesn’t show up. When you call the store, the only option is to cancel the order. They won’t remake it or help fix it in anyway. Add a support line if your management doesn’t care about delivery orders!

Went into Panera Saturday night and the service was awful. They blew right by my order and I sat and waited til I went to the counter. I was told “Oh we are working on that” and it’s really busy here. Well there wasn’t any other orders on the board. Also my steak sandwich was almost totally missing the steak. Had enough horseradish sauce on it to choke a horse. Terrible!!!! Then they almost forgot my scones if I didn’t check my order. Won’t be going back there any time soon!!!!!

Panera must think every order will be perfect however if one isn’t there is no easy way in the app to report an issue. Even their customer service site does not provide answers.
