The app is glitching

It signed me out and will not let me sign in the app. I have changed my password already and it works on chrome and desktop. I do t know why it’s not letting me sign it. It just keeps saying to check my credentials.

It would be nice for camera to capture gift cards because it’s a long character string to tap into a phone. Everything worked great and I loved how smoothly it used apple pay for the small remaining balance. Good check in for curbside pickup. Clear and easy navigation through the menu and ordering. Transparent pricing and tipping. Really impressed. Also, I’m full, so that’s nice.

Just tried this app to see what it’s like and I am so impressed! It’s intuitive, attractive, and so well polished! It handles out of stock ingredients gracefully. It found my nearest Cafe instantly. It lets me review and change my order effortlessly. Recommendations are well placed. I can easily choose to pick up in store, get curbside delivery, get home delivery, or eat in the Cafe. And payment is a snap with Apple Pay. I am so impressed by how well done this app is! It truly is a model app for restaurant purchases.

Gift card funds won’t apply to orders in app and App has no barcode to use uploaded gift card in store. I even tried going to thru safari and it doesn’t apply the gift card funds to the order. What’s the point of uploading a gift card when you can’t use it on app, in store, or thru logging into account through safari??

This app is so difficult compared to other industry standard mobile apps. You cannot pay in store with your mobile gift card. I hate ordering here because whether it’s mobile, I store tablet or at the register. Everything is difficult
Reorder Button Missing

Within the last month, they've removed the rapid reorder button. Unclear why. Definitely seems like a failure. They also don’t have any contact info easy to find so that users can directly report things like this. (Their “customer care” site is a trainwreck.) So I guess I’ll just post a negative review and hope they notice.
No dispute option on app

Placed delivery order using Panera app and delivery was through Door Dash. The driver dropped order and pizza fell out of the box into his delivery bag. Can not dispute delivery on Door Dash or Panera app. Called store twice and no one picked up. Suggest using Door Dash app instead.
App and card don’t work together

Need to update how to pay in store

The app is pretty good except for the fact that you cannot use the Panera gift card as a payment method when paying in store, unless you have your 4 digit PIN that was on the gift card. They don’t tell you this when adding the card to your app, so I threw the gift card away once I added it to my Panera account. They can improve the app by adding the ability to pay in store using the app. Otherwise, ordering through the app is very easy and customizing orders is also easy to do.

Love the Panera app., however there have been several times when I requested a cup of coffee, I received the note that the store of choice was closed, when in fact it wasn’t, hence totally defeating the convenience and purpose of the app., otherwise, Katie the assistant mngr. do a great job trying to keep customers happy.
