This app is nice and ordering ahead is easy, however I warn anyone to NOT upload your gift cards to the app. If dining in person, there's no way for the store to access them to pay except for pickup. This app needs updating so there's a barcode for the store to scan so you can use your gift card on your app.

So this app does not find all near Panera’s that offer delivery so you never know if you can Eder or not. Also the app tells you very badly estimated times that are often 20-30 minutes off from how long it really takes. I would not recommend this app to anybody who thinks it will be simple to order Panera with and get what you want.

Dear Panera Bread, I’m sure whoever is reading this is singularly focused on providing a great app experience. You aren’t bothered with the day to day operations in the stores. However, I am hoping you can help right a MASSIVE wrong. About a year ago Panera Bread offered Chicken Tortellini Alfredo… What the heck happened to it?! It was incredible. I ordered it several times a week. BRING IT BACK!!! Sincerely, Literally every one

Created account with Apple ID but it gave me an error and then wouldn’t let me log in with my account that it said was already created.

Can’t reset password

Perhaps it’s a one time glitch but at the moment the link that is provided to your email address once you request to reset your password does not work. Update: The Panera system does not like VPN’s and so you must first turn off your VPN in order to reset your password. Increased the rating accordingly.

Most likely won’t get your coffee on delivery

Okay. I have ordered delivery for Panera like 7 times. 5 out of 7 times the driver forgot my coffee. I know DoorDash is apart of this, but I’m familiar with the pickup station at Panera and it for sure needs to be more obvious. As a handicap person, it’s not something I can just easily walk into the Panera and get my coffee(the solution they offer).

Horrible app experience

Wish I would have just used Door Dash instead! Not only did I read that Panera Bread keeps the tip I thought I was leaving for the driver, there is no way to make a complaint in the app. I spent 30 mins trying to find a phone number online only to discover they’re closed! They messed up my order and I had to wait until the next day to call, then they said it would be 3 biz days before the location I ordered from would respond. Next time I’ll do DoorDash where the driver gets my tip and they fix errors immediately. Don’t bother with this app unless all you want to do is track rewards from cafe visits.

Invalid phone number ?

I’ve always liked this app, but now it’s asking me to verify my contact information and saying my phone number is invalid. Crazy! I’ve updated the app, but it doesn’t help. I can’t use the app until this is fixed. And yes, I’ve checked the phone number, which hasn’t changed. And yes, I have re-entered it as a “new” number. It will not accept a valid number.
