Panera app is difficult

I have the app on my phone so it should be relatively easy to track my orders that I create using the app. It’s not. In addition, I want to order for my elderly aunt in broken Arrow and my mother in Oklahoma City. This is not easy to do. So instead of ordering for my aunt And going to her nursing home with her name, it is going to me Lisa M at her nursing home. Why? Because your app doesn’t allow me to place an order in someone else’s name. Why even have the app if it’s not going to personalize it and allow me to order more easily?

I have always wanted to try Panera. There commercials got me. Pizza & Bowls. I hope their food is as good as the commercials-makes it look.
Easy to reorder favorites and to find new choices

The app makes ordering really easy, providing easy access to past orders and favorites, and clearly showing all information and choices for new orders.
Reuse Order

When you click reuse order you cannot change stores. Would be nice to click reuse order so my custom coffee is saved but then be able to pick the closest store.

All the food is great, with fresh ingredients but the Bistro French onion soup is hit or miss. It tastes great but most of the time there is no cheese or croutons.
