Down for “esssential” maintenance. Wouldn’t you think they would know what they were doing

so infuriating! asks me a million questions, never works correctly. why does it take over 15 minutes to place a simple order. the starbucks and dunkin’ app are far more efficient. absolutely cannot stand this app, needs to be remodeled or something.

Yea so this $1 delivery thing is a scam they charge more for the food if you order for delivery this place is disgusting and overpriced stop supporting this place

Ordered French onion soup. No cheese on it. 4 croutons. They said we don’t have chips. Oh yeah, we’re out of bread too. Did they discount our order? No! I won’t be back to this Location in Fleming Island. A bunch of kids playing around cussing and yelling in the back. Where is the manager?

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used

No matter the time of day I can’t use the app to place and order. Any time I go to place an order everything appears out of stock. I’ve gone in person and it’s the same thing on their kiosk. This wouldn’t be so much of an issue it was actually true, but it is not. They aren’t sold out on any items when I go to the cashier so it is clearly and app issue. I can never order ahead and it’s very annoying >:(

Last night I ordered a Turkey Chili, tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. The delivery person called me and said she was outside my home. I went out to retreve my order and it was not by the front or back door. There was no one outside my house. I called the deliverer several times, but she put me thru to voicemail every time so i left her several messages. She never called back. I could not find an email or phone number for Pandera or Instacart. I would like a free meal of the same value or a complete refund. I set order up to a shop near me and last second the app switched it to a location 25 minutes away. Never got my order and wasted $25

Great app watch out for tips being paid

Great app easy to use and very convenient to order and the best customer experience . If you r going to use the app to get it delivered the tips doesn’t go the person who delivers … very disappointed to learn that Panera didn’t provide enough details that the tips never went to the delivery person and they kept it for themselves for a delivery order - will never use this again . The tips should go the person who delivers !! The app should either mention that the tips are taken by the Panera and allow to give tips to the person who delivers who happens to be from door dash
