Love this App, but still needs update

acemanawc

Please update app to optimize for iPhone X screen and layout. Thank you!

Does the basics but needs improvements

Stomgb

The app enables some minimum required features such as remote camera control and image download. However, some ops are cumbersome (image download limited to 30 per batch, why?) and can only download mp4 clips. Also needs a UI revamp for iOS.

Almost Unusable- Should Have Zero Stars

I have gotten this app to work twice, having tried dozens of times, if not more. This app is horrible and has never, ever worked on my iPad. I got it to work twice on my Android phone, after hours of trying to get it to connect. There is little to no point in using this app. It will not connect the majority of the time. On my iPad, it tries to open the settings via the browser which causes an error message, then when I go to my settings, it connects, or says it does. I then immediately go back to the app where it asks if I want to connect again, then does the same process over again. All the other methods of trying to connect fail, if they even try to work at all. With the Android version, it seems to do everything correctly, except that if you've successfully connected before, you will need to wipe the connection and start over again and then you only have maybe a ten percent chance of succeeding. My Android phone does not have NFC, so I can't try that. I am extremely upset and don't understand why anyone would put WiFi into a camera and make an app that doesn't work to go with it. If I had known this app was this bad, I would probably have chosen a different brand of camera.

Love!!!

I use this app with my panasonic lumix gh4. I like how i can transfer the pic to my phone then i can post them on social media. This is also good when im away from the camera and i can operate it from my phone

No 4K video or RAW image transfer, bad interface

Farai Gandiya

While the remote shoot works well, the app’s interface is horrible. Also, it can’t transfer 4K videos or RAW for some reason. If you want to do that you need to use the lightning to SD adapter. Don’t use the USB 3.0 “Camera” adapter for the Panasonic G7.

Does not work at all with iPhone X

manofthehaus

Downloaded to transfer images from Panasonic G7 to iPhone X. When attempting to connect this app to WiFi, I repeatedly receive an error that says “An error occurred during communication with the camera.” It then presents a WiFi button, which, when clicked, results in another error message saying “Move to WiFi in Settings, then connect to an access point.” Clicking OK results in being automatically taken to the Settings app, which shows that I am, of course, already connected to WiFi. Googling for help turned up no solutions. Frustrating experience and a waste of time.

Worthless

Am I missing something or doing something wrong? When I connect to my v770 with my iPhone there is no control of phone camera. The image shows on the phone and the screen of the v770. That’s it. There’s a pause button that shows up on the phone app screen, but that does nothing. Can’t zoom, can’t open or close any options after iPhone is connected to camera. Extremely disappointed as this will not work for me, and that’s the main reason I purchased the v770.

Good but not HQ content supported

I like this app a lot! The remote is nice the previewing of files on my iPhone is nice. But I really wish I could transfer raw photos and 4K video over to my phone. With iPhone storage capacities getting bigger and bigger there’s no reason they can’t store 4K off of a Lumix.

No Longer Works

richiphone

The App no longer opens up with my IPhone 6 Plus. I have reinstalled it numerous times to no avail. It worked fine up to 6 months ago with IOS 10 and my LX100. Now the WiFi on camera is useless. Time to fix it Panasonic. 0 Stars but need one to register.

Works perfectly.

Other than a bit slow, which Canon also has, it works absolutely perfectly.
