The app hadn’t been updated or even recompiled in over two years. Bluetooth connection to my GX9 drops too regularly. Reconnecting can be a nightmare, don’t be in a hurry or try to capture an event easily, constantly needs to be re-synced.

Used to work intermittently but I have been unable to set it up lately for even simple image transfer feature. Totally garbage. Panasonic must provide buyers of its camera to have a stable IOS application for image transfer and manipulation.

The instructions on app said to enable wi-go but the access of app in settings had everything enabled. I am having my information made available more than I would like and yet can not connect the camera to my phone.

I don’t even know how to begin to explore what this message means.... but I just bought the more expensive newer version of the Lumiz 1000 ii for the ease of wifi.... wish I had bought the earlier, cheaper camera.... or maybe even the Nikon instead.

Hit and miss getting it to connect with iPhone

I have had the lumix waterproof camera for years and this Panasonic DMC-FZ1000 for a week. I have always struggled figuring out the correct steps to get it to sync and gave up on it last night. This makes me very frustrated to have this camera if I can’t easily retrieve the photos. I gave two stars only because occasionally it does work.

App doesn’t work, guess I won’t buy Panasonic again?

I have worked on this a few times. I can’t get the app to control the camera without experiencing feedback. I’ve changed all the mic settings in the camera as well as turned the volume off on my phone which just eliminates the camera’s mic. Any help is appreciated.
