Why so many bad reviews?

All you people giving this app bad reviews because of the camera, the lens or your own ineptness is really sad. Rate the apps capability. Duh. This app is incredible and so useful. THE best camera app available and makes the GH5 work even better.

If Panasonic is not able to develop a marginally useable software, it should outsource it. I am shaken in my belief that they wrote the controller software in the camera either and I think that for such bad performance implies, I should not buy ANY panasonic product. Should I switch to Sony or a simple no name bargain give me more value? Bad.

The app needs a complete overhaul. In my opinion it needs to be bulldozed and burned with fire. It is the most ridiculous camera to connect to. Panasonic insists on using wifi for connectivity. How ridiculous! I want to use Bluetooth like every other camera. And it has to be easy! The option seems to be there but I cannot get my DMC-G7 to connect to my iPhone. The horrible and unfriendly app takes all the value away from the camera. Do not buy Panasonic until they care about quality apps!

Update the app and fix connection issues

I can’t connect to WiFi on my camera at all, it’s hard to travel with just your phone and your camera and can’t upload your photos and videos. Panasonic please fix this!

So easy to transfer photos from my LX10. Please update the icon so it isn’t so ugly. Make an icon and good looking at your cameras. :) Love the new new update!

Yes the other reviews are deterring, but it works well for my iPhone 6! All of the photos I selected are now on my camera roll:) Just make sure to connect to the cameras WiFi through the WiFi settings (No I’m nota bot, you can trust this review:D)

Hey, Panasonic! When are you gonna fix your app? The WiFi constantly disconnects and the app freezes. Shameful for a big company that can’t make an app for their product. Terrible! Your the laughing stock of the camera industry, it’s so bad that a third party app has been created because your app does not work! That’s embarrassing! Get your act together, or are you incapable?

The Lumix DC-ZS80 does not receive GPS data even though Bluetooth is connected and works otherwise. It does receive from an iPad but not convenient to put into my pocket ;) latest SW as of 7/9/19

No Longer Works

The App no longer opens up with my IPhone 6 Plus. I have reinstalled it numerous times to no avail. It worked fine up to 6 months ago with IOS 10 and my LX100. Now the WiFi on camera is useless. Time to fix it Panasonic. 0 Stars but need one to register. 7/10/19 Still the App does not open at all on my IPhone 6 Plus on IOS 12.3.1. I still can not use it for my Linux LX100 or GX85. Need to fix it now so it opens up in my phone to load photos and remote control. It is a shame that it is not fixed after a year of notice.

Oh digital, how fast you progress, if only my budget had your wings. I still use the G6, but last time I tried to use the app, it could not connect. I deleted the app for a while but am going to give it another chance. With all the updates for new cameras, I hope my dinosaur still roars?
