Schedule Reverted back after latest 5.29 update

Silicon_Slopes

I loved the new scheduling feature where it displayed the calendar and I could view who was on-call. After the 5.29 update, the schedule reverted back to the old way of displaying the on-call which displays only a single day.

Edge swiping is garbage

r.kho

I've accidentally resolved incidents because they can't get edge swiping to work competently. Ridiculous.

Seeing a full months schedule should be easy...

MotionNYC

You can’t see who’s on call beyond the current day or it’s hidden somewhere. Other than an issue, teams only use the app to see who’s on call and when but they can’t seem to get that right.

Logo is now aligned

mm404

At least somebody cares about their logo... hint hint, Slack and your swastika of dicks. (You also cannot unsee that)

Disappointing and going downhill from there...

When I first got the service was very much looking forward to it. Worked reasonably well. Today pages show up 15 minutes or more after the event. The application itself has improved but not enough to compensate for the deteriorating of the overall service. We now use another service and are MUCH happier.

Let’s all thank Spencer the Intern

jequals5

Thanks Spencer’s the intern. May your days be filled with no incidents assigned to you and may your internship be as rewarding as the feature you built ? Good work Spencer the intern

Version 5.39

Please turn off the tip of the day and re-center the “Good News” check mark. Or at least let us do it in our individual devices please.

Change for changes sake

Fatdude420

App has been fine for years, and then they decide to place the resolve and ack/snooze buttons next to each other. Why? It’s not an improvement. It’s frankly a regression. If you make pointless changes they’re usually supposed to make the experience better right? Instead of worse? Whatever designer thought this was such a clever and brilliant idea, you should ignore all their future thoughts imo.

Easy to use, new features are good

Adow27

The new mobile schedules functionality is really intuitive. I also like that the app now supports automated grouping of alerts as it has significantly reduced noise. Makes on-call life much easier!

Disappointing

robayallday

App has worked great and then a recent change has changed the location of the Resolve and Ack buttons/swipes. Not sure the point but it makes it way less intuitive. Have also noticed an increase in bugs.
