Cannot login

Adam Goetz

Login window closes after successfully inputting username and password and app does not log in. Useless app if you can't login to it. Additionally robo calls for alerts leave 1 second voicemail if call isn't answered. Great programming.

Lots of missing features.

Can’t adjust call or text alerts via the app. Have to go to the website to do those.

Please fix your iPhone alarms

Akshaylive

PagerDuty gets the job done in waking me up. However, sometimes when issues occur, multiple alarms go off (and we are intentionally not creating composite alarms). So, I wake up, acknowledge the first alarm, and notice that there are other monitors in alert so I acknowledge them as well. The problem is, there seems to be a lag in when my phone receives the push notifications for the other alarms which are already acknowledged, yet the ringer goes off. It’s extremely frustrating. Please fix this! I.e; if I’ve acknowledged something, you don’t need to alarm.

Terrible product

Not worth the cost or headache.

Push Notification Alarms are a Hoot!!

I personally chose On Call, Take the Fall for High-Urgency and Something’s Broken (It’s your fault!) for Low-Urgency

Better on Android

El Poco Biadlo

Update: have been using the app for the better part of a year now, and the continued firing of already acknowledged alerts is still incredibly annoying, especially if you’re, you know, on-call. Seems like that should be fixed by now, especially given that it was not an issue in the Android version of the app. A bunch of useless “features” have been added in the interim, so it’s not like they don’t have iOS developers, they just aren’t prioritizing fixes. Dropping the rating from 2 stars to 1. Recently switched from Android to iOS, and wow is this flavor of the app worse. Due to the structure of our batch processes, I will frequently gets pairs or triplets of alerts; when I get notified for one alert I usually wait for the next one and acknowledge that as well. In Android, that works as expected; in iOS, PagerDuty fires off the notification sound for a secondary incident that I’ve already marked acknowledged or resolved 10+ seconds ago.

Get rid of resolution notes on the app

al-umgc

The optional resolution notes keyboard covers the resolve button for an incident. I have not found a way to easily resolve an incident on an iPhone with a small screen. This means I have to logon to the application on a web interface. Not helpful when I get paged in the middle of the night.

By Pass DND

DakotaMilkshakes

I don’t know when this was added but noticed while setting up my new iPhone and logging in to all my apps after that you finally added a Do Not Disturb bypass. So happy to see this! Thanks!

Cannot resolve issues

Frustrated182

The new resolution notes causes the Resolve Issue button to be hidden under the soft keyboard. It is unclickable in this new location and cannot be scrolled into view.

Volume Control

DakotaMilkshakes

A recent update is causing the app to set its own alert volume which is really loud. At the moment you have no control. Previously, it was controlled by the iPhone’s alert level. Now the alerts wake up my wife and dog. Please fix this.
