Super buggy and unreliable

Blainer27

I generally don't write reviews but this has to be some of the buggies software I've ever used. Everytime I get a notification I can't action on it until I close the app and reopen. Timeouts are common when trying to ack and the application is generally pretty slow. At the point where I might just uninstall it since it provides no time savings over just getting texts from PD.

Alerts tend to take a long time to arrive

SF techie

Alerts seem to take at least a minute to arrive sometimes two minutes. This means that I can't rely on the app for alerts, but I must also add contact me by phone to my alerts, so I can ack in les than 90 seconds. If the alerts don't need responded to right away, but just in the next few minutes it's probably fine. But, for sub one minute alerting you need to keep looking

Not good

Nbfowler

Terrible UX, for an extremely limited feature set. How is it possible that there is no way to view the oncall calendar? Bloated and marginally useful.

Acks broken from notifications iOS 10

Deltalux

Love the app! Seems there's been a regression in ack'ing from notifications though.

Watch App needs a "resolve" button

Reid C.

Overall the app is pretty decent. Very limited alert sounds unfortunately, there's really only one acceptable/usable one and it's loud and annoying. Watch app does not have a 'resolve' button which is a huge oversight unless you want to get constantly pinged after the few minutes 'acknowledge' timeout.. in other words its pretty useless becase you're going to have to snooze or resolve through a computer or the phone app anyway, which you're gonna forget until you get the second alert, which means you'll get at least 2 alerts for everything.

Resolve on watch

Please add resolve on watch. We do not use acknowledge.

You have one job...

oftenoncall

This app is just terrible especially in light of the cost of PagerDuty. It crashes often. Acknowledging a list of incidents (even just a couple, let alone like 20 when it's really needed) most of the time says that the operation failed and their team has been notified. But then maybe the op did complete anyway. Yet trash like "Take an OnCall selfie" get added. You've got one job, PagerDuty. Manage incident response. That's it. For $50/mon/user you can get that right. This is the first time I've reviewed an app; it's just so bad I had to. For shame.

Not bad

MfromP

Wish I could set custom alert sounds. A little buggy at times (I think mostly due to the server side responses), but gets the job done.

Horrible just horrible

macjunkie

App is unstable and not updated to work properly with new iPhone interface

Almost there

SolarLeoX

Takes care of most of what we need but here's my wish list: - Option to ask to confirm when choosing to RESOLVE - Option to allow Push Notify/Wake even when iPhone is on vibrate only (Emergency Bypass) - Add SUBSCRIBER option to the MORE menu, allow field entry to send an update - Ability to add a conference number/conference link - Full SUBSCRIBER view, updates are currently truncated in the timeline
