Just what I want when I'm dealing with incidents. Ack on my watch, triage quickly and easily on my phone. Great update!
Needs to show alert trigger

New interface is nice but now it doesn't show the trigger that caused the alert.
Audio alerts hit and miss a lot.

The message notifications work fine. Sure the device will vibrate but you sometimes but you need more than that at night. This app maybe worked twice. It's just too bad when your employer believes in the service in one hand and at the same time makes the employees look back in another. So the app is horrible for audio. You will have to rely on just getting the phone call instead.

I find the app to be incredibly useful. Push notifications are quick and reliable. Handling of alerts is clear and straightforward. Custom sound, A+. One request: custom vibration. Like rings or texts. I often carry my phone during the day on silent and use custom vibrations to know whether or not to pull out my phone. I think the central notification framework would allow this, yes?

...for landscape and portrait modes. I use a keyboard (BrydgeAir) with my iPad, which doesn't play well with the lack of screen rotation.

This app is much easier and user friendly while on the go. Dont have to login always to ack or resolve the issues. Please avoid while driving:)
Sound is broken!!!

Sound worked fine until i went in and changes the default sound to something else. Now no sound works. No other settings changes were made in the app or on the phone. I should have kept the old version in a backup...
